Our Drinks
We're proud to serve FairTrade & Organic Alterra coffee, FairTrade & Organic Rishi Tea, and Sassy Cow Creamery & Sugar River Diary milk, cream, yogurt and ice cream (don't worry, we've got soy & rice milk too)! Our baristas are Alterra trained and Captain Kate certified. Your drink is going to be the best around... period.
Our Fresh, Local-First Food
We make all of our sauces, dips, dressings and soups from scratch right here in the Paradigm kitchen. We source fresh and local ingredients first, including veggies from our own garden! We personally pick up our Ciabatta bread by bicycle from City Bakery everyday! Our dairy & eggs come from ethically sound farms that we have visited personally. It's a lot of work but we like to think all of that love makes the difference!
Our Baked Goodness
Our baker gets here obscenely early to churn out some devilishly good treats! You can also special order any of our baked goods, just give us a 24hr heads-up! We've always been vegan friendly, so just ask us to point out the vegan goodies!
